About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Customer Experts to join an international team in Athens supporting customers of a globally recognized technology brand.
In this role you will assist customers through phone chat and email helping them with product inquiries purchases and after-sales support. You will play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience while working in a modern and customer-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via inbound phone chat and email
- Assist customers with product information and purchasing guidance
- Support after-sales requests including:
- Delivery inquiries
- Returns and cancellations
- General service support
- Follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality customer interactions
- Be open to cross-skilling between sales and customer service functions
- Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch (C1 level)
- Good English level (B2 minimum)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
- Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 80% accuracy
- Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is considered an advantage
- Ability to work rotational shifts
- No previous experience required training will be provided
- EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence/work permit is required
Training & Development
- 1-week nesting period with internal assessment
- Continuous training and weekly development sessions

Compensation:
- Base Salary: 1300 gross/month 14 salaries 18200/year
- Performance Bonus: 250/month 3000/year
Relocation Support (Optional):
- Full Package: Flight Hotel stay Real estate agency fee
Alternative: 250 relocation allowance real estate agency fee
