About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Dutch-speaking Customer Experts to join an international team in Athens supporting customers of a globally recognized technology brand.

In this role you will assist customers through phone chat and email helping them with product inquiries purchases and after-sales support. You will play an important role in delivering a positive customer experience while working in a modern and customer-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via inbound phone chat and email
• Assist customers with product information and purchasing guidance
• Support after-sales requests including:
  • Delivery inquiries
  • Returns and cancellations
  • General service support
• Follow internal procedures to ensure high-quality customer interactions
• Be open to cross-skilling between sales and customer service functions
• Maintain accurate customer records and case documentation

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch (C1 level)
• Good English level (B2 minimum)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with MS Office
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 80% accuracy
• Familiarity with MacOS and iOS is considered an advantage
• Ability to work rotational shifts
• No previous experience required training will be provided
• EU citizenship or a valid Greek residence/work permit is required

Training & Development

• 1-week nesting period with internal assessment
• Continuous training and weekly development sessions

Compensation:

• Base Salary: 1300 gross/month 14 salaries 18200/year
• Performance Bonus: 250/month 3000/year

Relocation Support (Optional):

• Full Package: Flight Hotel stay Real estate agency fee

• Alternative: 250 relocation allowance real estate agency fee
