Job Summary
We are looking for Dutch speakers to join our customer support team in Athens representing of the worlds leading travel platforms. This role offers an international working environment along with full relocation support for candidates moving to Greece.
Start Date: August 3 2026
Location: Athens Greece (On-site)
Schedule: 5 days a week rotational shifts (Operating hours: 08:00 00:00)
Financial Package & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1500 gross / month

Daily Tasks
- Providing customer support to users via phone email and chat (in Dutch)
- Assisting with reservations cancellations payments and booking modifications
- Resolving customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Logging interaction details accurately in the internal CRM systems
- Meeting standard team productivity and quality targets
Profile We Are Looking For
- Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level)
- Good working knowledge of English (B2 level) for training and internal communication
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- Comfortable navigating digital tools and multi-screen environments
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced multicultural team
Important Note
- Onboarding: Selected candidates must arrive in Athens at least 7 days prior to the start date to finalize necessary administrative and onboarding procedures.
