Job Summary
Contact Center Agent -German Speaking
Location:Greece
For an international company based in Greece we are looking for German-speaking team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries via phone e-mail or live chat.
- Provide clear friendly and professional support.
- Deliver accurate solution-oriented information.
- Record and document customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain quality and service standards.
- Collaborate with international teams when necessary.
No prior customer service experience is required.
This position is for you if you:
- Speak Germanat a minimum C1 level or native (fluent/bilingual).
- Have an English level of B1 or higher.
- Are ready to live and work in Greece.
- Are motivated reliable and eager to learn.
- Are open to a multicultural work environment.
- Are an EU citizen or hold a valid work permit for Greece.
