Concierge Agent

Location: Crete

Position Scope

To ensure that we along with our network of partners provide efficient prompt and professional services that meet and exceed our guests expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operates the Mitsis Concierge platform.
• Understands customers needs and provides personalized solutions regarding activities facilities and services provided by the hotel.
• Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to the wishes and requirements.
• Collaborates with reception staff to meet guests needs.
• Optimizes revenue through sales of concierge services.

• Degree or Certificate in Hospitality and/or related field (preferred).
• Hospitality experience anticipating the needs of hotel guests is needed. Previous experience in a similar role is preferable.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
• Business fluency in spoken and written English (proficiency diploma required).
• Knowledge of an additional language would be an asset.
