The role leads the design execution and continuous evolution of commercial excellence pricing and tender support initiatives enabling smarter decisionmaking stronger performance discipline and operational agility across the commercial organization.

As a key architect of commercial performance this positiondrives business performance monitoring advanced reporting and analytics pricing governance and forecasting and demandplanning coordination. Byoptimizingendtoend commercial processes the role ensures clarity transparency and effectiveness in how the business plansexecutes andmeasuressuccess.

Beyond structure and process the Commercial Excellence & Pricing Manager is a people leader and capability builder providing leadership coaching and strategic direction to the Bits & Tender Specialist fostering a culture of accountability collaboration and excellence.

Acting as a trusted strategic business partner the role works crossfunctionally with Sales Marketing Finance Supply Chain Regulatory and Distributor stakeholders to align pricing strategies tender execution and commercial priorities with overall businessobjectives. Through strong trustbased partnerships the role bridges strategy and execution enables factbased decisions and delivers value acrossmultiple stakeholders.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead the design implementation and monitoring of commercial excellence processesprojectsand initiatives to maximize top- and bottom-line performance.
  • Develop andmaintainreports dashboardstoolsand data repositories using internal and external data sources to support decision-making and business visibility.
  • Analyze business performance and support the definition tracking and review of commercial metricsKPIsand performance targets.
  • Lead pricing analysis pricinggovernanceand pricing performance monitoring across private and public customers including tender-related pricing activities.
  • Own andmaintainprice lists discountstructuresand price governance tools ensuring consistency transparency and disciplined execution across channels and customers.
  • Oversee tender support activities and ensure effective coordinationqualityand timeliness of submissions through the management of the Bits & Tender Specialist.
  • Enforce tender support standards ensuring full alignment with local tendering laws regulatoryrequirementsand internal compliance frameworks across all tender activities.
  • Drive forecasting and demand planning activities byconsolidatinginputs from historical sales sell-out data commercial assumptions businessplansand market insights.
  • Act as the commercial lead for forecasting inputs into IBP processes ensuring alignment between commercial expectations supplyconstraintsand financial outlook.
  • Build andmaintaindemand plans for the annual planning cycles and ensuretimelyupdates in relevant planning systemsandtools.
  • Monitor inventory levels support inventory orderingprocessesandidentifyrisks gaps and opportunities affecting supply and commercial performance.
  • Quantify and communicate forecast assumptions risks and opportunities to commercial teams and management to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Identifyprocess improvement opportunities across the commercial and sales support organization lead optimizationinitiativesand make recommendations to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Partner cross-functionallywith commercial leadership sales marketing finance customer service supplychainand regional teams to align priorities and execute initiatives.
  • Provideday-to-day guidanceprioritizationand development support to the Bits & Tender Specialist to ensure high-quality delivery and capability building
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation pricing files tenderrecordsand assumptions and support internal and external audits asrequired.
  • Act as a trusted strategic business partner to crossfunctional stakeholders (Sales Marketing Finance Supply Chain Regulatory and Distributors) ensuring alignment between pricing strategies tender execution and broader commercialobjectives.
  • Drive crossfunctional alignment and collaboration by translating commercial strategy intocoordinatedexecutable actions that support business priorities and measurable outcomes.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification isrequired preferably in Business Administration Economics Finance Marketing SupplyChainor another relevant discipline.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in commercial excellence pricing sales operations business analytics tender supportforecastingor other related commercial support functions isrequired.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into clear recommendations and actionable plans.
  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint isrequired; experience with reporting tools dashboards and planning systems will be considered an asset.
  • Advanced Excel and reporting/BI toolproficiency; experiencewith designing BI accuracy and planning reliability

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

43200.00 - 68885.00

In addition to base pay we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location where the actual amount is based on the employees and companies performance of the previous calendar year or sales commissions.
