Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Finance & Payments Manager to join our back-office team in an FX (foreign exchange) company. This role is critical in managing payment operations supporting internal teams and maintaining strong relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs). You will be responsible for overseeing daily payment processes assisting the sales and operations teams with client transactions and ensuring smooth communication with external payment partners

Requirements

Manage and monitor daily payment operations across multiple channels
Support internal teams in processing client payments and recommend the most effective payment solutions
Maintain ongoing communication with PSPs to resolve issues optimize performance and receive updates
Identify and onboard new Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to improve payment capabilities
Handle onboarding processes for new payment solutions and partners
Ensure smooth execution of wire transfers card payments and crypto transactions
Monitor payment flows and troubleshoot any operational or technical issues
Provide guidance to team members on payment methods gateways and best practices
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to transactions and providers
Strong numerical and analytical skills
High level of computer literacy and comfort working with multiple systems
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly understand new tools and platforms
Solid understanding of: Wire transfers (SWIFT) and IBAN SEPA payments Card payment processing Cryptocurrency transactions
Experience working with or managing PSPs (Payment Service Providers)
Ability to communicate professionally via email and calls with external partners
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
Team player with a proactive approach Nice to Have
Previous experience in FX fintech or online payments industry
Experience onboarding PSPs or working with payment gateways
Familiarity with compliance or KYC processes
