Operations Systems & Process Analyst

Job Summary

Were looking for an Operations Systems & Process Analyst to keep NAYAs operational data systems and processes accurate and well-documented. Youll manage master data (products materials SKUs) support the Unleashed Software rollout document SOPs and build the dashboards and reports that help management make faster better decisions.

Maintain accurate product material supplier and warehouse master data

Support and help implement Unleashed inventory/operations software

Document SOPs work instructions and process maps; maintain a controlled procedure register

Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and support root-cause investigations

Build reconciliation reports and dashboards for Production and Warehouse data

Coordinate data consistency across Production Operations QA Finance Sales and Marketing

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Operations Computer Science Industrial Engineering Business Analytics Information Systems Supply Chain or related field

24 years experience in operations analysis systems administration process improvement or data management

Strong Excel and data-analysis skills; ERP/MRP experience preferred

Experience documenting SOPs and process maps; strong written communication
