As a Working Student IT Strategy & Governance you will support a variety of processes across our service landscape contributing to ongoing service activities while progressively taking ownership of selected topics and driving them forward independently. Our team develops and tracks IT strategy while ensuring transparent reporting manages external audits and finding remediation and maintains governance frameworks as well as information management across the flexible! Were happy to receive applications in English or German.
Your tasks:
- Support IT audit management including the coordination of external audits and the follow-up and resolution of identified issues
- Mapping of our Information Security requirements to internal documentation
- Maintaining our Knowledge Management by collecting preparing and publishing content
- Assist in the further maintenance of IT rules and processes and related documentation

Your skills:
- Enrolled at a university in economics or IT
- You have good analytical and organizational skills initiative and an independent way of working
- You are a communicative and proactive person
- You are very precise in completing tasks
- You have good Atlassian Jira/ Confluence skills and MS Office skills (Excel Power Point)
- You have a keen interest or even initial experience in working in an agile environment
- You have the willingness to take over responsibility for dedicated tasks
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
