Job Summary
- Support the Rework team in coordinating and executing service rework projects across Europe.
- Assist with project administration documentation supplier coordination data management and operational follow-up.
- Help ensure rework activities are planned documented tracked and completed on time.
- Maintain project records trackers reports and technical documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
- Follow up on open actions with internal stakeholders suppliers and service partners.
- Contribute to process improvement and transparent reporting within Rework operations.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree programme.
- A background in Engineering Energy Business Administration Project Management or a related field is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and spoken English skills; German is a plus.
- Highly organised detail-oriented and confident in maintaining structured documentation.
- A proactive communicator and collaborative team player.
- Able to work independently prioritise tasks and consistently follow up on open actions.
- Interest in renewable energy service operations or project management is beneficial.
