Team Lead Creative Production (fmx)

• Oversee End-to-End Production: Manage the full creative production process from pre-production planning through filming and post-production ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Lead and Inspire the Creative Team: Supervise mentor and motivate a team of producers editors and other creatives fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate closely with copywriting marketing and brand teams to translate creative concepts into executable production plans and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle
• Resource and Schedule Management: Allocate resources manage production schedules and coordinate with external vendors and freelancers to optimize workflow and meet deadlines
• Quality Control and Creative Direction: Review and approve production outputs to ensure they meet brand standards and creative briefs providing constructive feedback and creative guidance to the team as needed

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in creative production or as a producer ideally covering the full spectrumpre-production production and post-production or an openness and eagerness to learn the entire process from start to finish
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead motivate and mentor creative teams while taking full responsibility for project outcomes
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a track record of anticipating challenges finding creative solutions and independently driving projects forward
• Professional established presence with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills reflecting maturity reliability and a professional demeanor
• Hands-on technical experience in creative production including direction video editing and a basic understanding of camera work is highly desirable
