The opportunity
- Lead and supervise arboriculture staff allocating work and driving team performance
- Manage tree maintenance contracts ensuring quality safety and service delivery outcomes
- Support implementation of the Urban Forest Strategy and arboricultural programs
- Provide expert advice on tree management risk assessment and maintenance priorities
- Monitor budgets customer enquiries compliance requirements and operational performance
- Diploma in Arboriculture (or equivalent) with a minimum Level V Arborist qualification
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing arboriculture teams
- Strong contract management and procurement experience within tree maintenance services
- Extensive knowledge of tree management risk assessment and arboricultural practices
- Excellent stakeholder engagement communication budgeting and organisational skills

Pre-Employment Requirements
