Job Summary

As a Supply Chain Specialist you will be responsible for the end-to-end supply chain processes of Auterion products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external partners while providing the overall strategic and operational oversight necessary to ensure excellence across our global value chain.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Run the planning controlling and optimization of supply chain processes including procurement logistics warehousing scheduling and order management
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks redundancies and inefficiencies across the supply chain
  • Serve as the primary operational go-to person between purchasing production planning logistics engineering and sales ensuring information flows smoothly and handoffs are seamless
  • Identify design and implement improvements to supply chain processes and tools including ERP configuration reporting enhancements and workflow automation
  • Document processes develop standard operating procedures and drive adoption
  • Prepare and analyze reports providing timely and accurate reporting on KPIs (e.g. delivery performance inventory levels)
  • Actively support daily operations and cross-functional projects
  • Act as the first point of escalation for supply disruptions component shortages and logistics failures driving rapid solution-oriented resolution with minimal business impact
  • Oversee daily supply chain operations - ensuring purchase orders shipments and inventory movements are executed on time and in full
  • Maintain contingency plans and alternative sourcing strategies for critical components and high-risk supply categories
  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders customs brokers and other partners

Qualifications and Skills

  • 2 years of professional experience in a supply chain-related role (e.g. logistics planning procurement customer service)
  • Strong hands-on mentality willing to support operational tasks as needed
  • High level of flexibility motivation and reliability
  • Confident use of Google Workspace (Gsuite)
  • Experience with ERP systems ideally NetSuite
  • Solid Excel skills and quick understanding of digital tools
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required German skills are a plus
  • Team player with a structured and proactive working style and strong communication skills
  • EU Citizenship required
