Ecommerce & Merchandising Specialist

The Ecommerce & Merchandising Specialist plays a key role in shaping the digital shopping experience for our consumers managing online content and product availability and driving sales performance across our D2C websites. Sales through our digital channels are a key part ofSharkNinjasgrowth strategy andyoullhave the opportunity to build your career in a market-leadinginnovativeand fast-paced ecommerce environment.

The ideal candidate will bring ecommerce merchandisingtradingand digital marketingexpertise alongside a deep understanding of online consumerbehaviour.

What you will do:

• Take ownership of all D2C merchandising activities acrossSharkNinjabrands.

• Oversee planning and implementation of new product launches digital promotionalactivityand pricing strategies.

• Ensure best-in-class digital content is presented across D2C websites aligned with brand guidelines and consumer needs.

• Optimiseonsite category and product pages for sales and conversion driving organic visibilitytrafficand revenue growth.

• Lead SEO strategy and executionoptimisingonsite content productlistingsand site structure tomaximiseorganic performance.

• Identifytrading risks and opportunities taking proactiveactionand communicating insights to the wider business.

• Report on website performanceanalysedataand implement strategies that deliver measurable improvements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trade plans bestpracticesand innovative new site features.

What you will have:

• Experience in ecommerce merchandising or digital trading.

• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms digitalenvironmentsand the end-to-end consumer journey.

• Ability toanalysesales and performance data translate insights intostrategiesand deliver measurable results.

• Experienceoptimisingonsite content and product pages for SEO and conversion.

• Proficiencywith analytics and performance tools ( Analytics Power BI).

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel).

• Strongorganisationaland time management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-starter with strong initiative and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud Magento or similar is a plus.

• Passion for delivering outstanding digital consumer experiences.
