Student Financial Services Officer (m/f/d)
(part-time; 20h/week unlimited)
Students at Constructor University are charged tuition fees and costs for accommodation and meals in one of the four student residences on campus.
To cover the resulting costs students are offered individualized financing options so-called financial aid packages which consist of scholarships tuition deferrals and a personal contribution to be paid. The Student Financial Services department develops and manages the individual financing packages for each applicant.
Another area of responsibility includes the administration of student accounts (invoicing and dispatch creation of installment payment plans monitoring of incoming payments/dunning).
Your Responsibilities:
Advising prospective and current students about our fees and our financing options
Preparation and dispatch of outgoing student invoices (tuition fees accommodation etc.)
monitoring and dunning of outstanding student receivables
Participation in the development and optimization of guidelines and processes
Supporting the SFS team in handling day-to-day business and assisting with various projects as required
Your Profile:
Successfully completed studies (Bachelor) or vocational training in accounting/commercial field.
General accounting knowledge and knowledge of accounting systems
Very good MS Office skills especially MS Excel
Attention to detail and meticulous working style very good organizational skills flexibility
Enjoy working independently and as part of an international team
Fluency in written and spoken English
High level of interpersonal skills communication skills and service orientation
Experience in university administration and student advisory services is a plus
