STEM Project Coordinator (m/f/d)

(Part-time;19.25hours/weeklimited; 19 months)

The Student Life and Support Department develops and implements programs that foster student growth community engagement and educational outreach. Through partnerships with schools and external stakeholders the department supports a variety of STEM initiatives and activities. We are seeking a STEM Project Coordinator (m/f/d) to support and further develop these projects.

Your responsibilities:

• Assistancewith academic management (project implementation project evaluation)

• Further development of STEM projects and German school activities (e.g. Maker SpaceMINTernationalWorkshops; MINT-EC High School network;MINTforumBremen)

• Coordination of respective workshops and events

• Support with the acquisition of third-party funding

• Coordination of external partner network and further network activities

• General communication to students (development of online information planning and organization of events)

• Monitoring the activities and preparing relevant statistics and reports (project database)

• Undertaking any associated administrative tasks as assigned

Yourqualifications:

• Bachelors or Mastersdegree (or equivalent)

• General knowledge of office administration including MS Office programs

• Excellent written and spoken English and German

• Ability toinitiateand implement projects independently and as part of ateam

• Experience in working with high school and/or Universitystudents

• Well-organized detailoriented and flexible

• Highly motivatedcreativeand communicative with a keen interest in working in an international and dynamicenvironment
