Job Summary
ATHLETES MANAGEMENT
Develop a deep understanding in designing & establishing a targeted credible and efficient athletes & club marketing program by supporting our Athletes & Club Marketing Team in managing the athletes. Management of the athlete portfolio from scouting activities and contract negotiations to athlete onboarding.
ATHLETES PROJECTS
Realizing athletes projects initiatives & activations. Drive innovation by bringing creative athlete projects and initiatives to life. Take ownership of the entire process in close collaboration with athletes from developing the creative concept and pitching the idea to executing the project.
EVENT
Get to know the sport event business by supporting the team in events (yearly highlight events). Learn to organize and execute efficient event planning on a professional level and work closely with the internal project team external agencies athletes and participants.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in sports economics event management or similar
- Proven excellence in your academic life
- Relevant work or internship experience in the sports industry club & team sports sport- events- or marketing agency sport institution or federation is a plus
- A history of pursuing personal passions extra-curricular achievements
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a go-getter mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
- Open creative and solution-oriented mindset with excellent networking & communication skills
- Good computer skills in MS Office especially PowerPoint
- Fluent in English & German (written spoken) additional languages considered a plus
