What you do
- Product Strategy:Define and drive the long-term product roadmap. Youidentifymarket trends in the flexibility space and translate them into a scalable product strategy through a transparent process that incorporates both internal and external insights.
- Market & Competitor Analysis:Monitor the European flexibility commercialization landscape competitor activity and regulatory developments to ensure our productsare a headof themarket.
- Discovery & Innovation:You lead product discovery toidentifythe next generation of our productfeaturesand define the requirements for the development teams together with the Product Owners.
- Stakeholder Orchestration:You act as a peer to theSalesTradingEngineering Operations Finance and Legal team.You manage high-levelrequirements and ensure that theproductpromisesof ourproductsalign with our technicaland processualcapabilities.
Who you are
- You bring 2 years of experience in the European energy trading field (short-term and ancillary service markets)
- You bring 3 years of experience in product management
- Technical degree in engineering or related fields such as energy economics energy engineering electrical engineering or similar
- You enjoy working at the intersection of technology product and business and know how to balance customer needs commercial opportunities and technical feasibility.
- You combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured data-driven approach to prioritization and product decision-making.
- You are an excellent communicator with the ability to gather information challenge perspectives constructively and align diverse stakeholders around a common direction.
- You can translate technical and regulatory complexity into clear product requirements features and priorities.
- You bring a strong ownership mindset and are confident navigating cross-functional dependencies across commercial technical and domain expert stakeholders.
- Fluency in German and English is required
