About the role

Are you passionate about creating safe environments and thrive in a role where no two days are the same Were looking for a hands-on and resourceful Physical Security and Safety Specialist to be the go-to security person for Germany and surrounding markets someone ready to build own and grow the function alongside us.

What youll be doing

• Manage day-to-day physical security operations for Germany and surrounding Central European markets acting as the primary security point of contact for the region.
• Handle a broad range of security incidents coordinating with HR Legal and local stakeholders as needed.
• Plan and oversee physical security projects including hardware installations upgrades and maintenance of access control systems across office and market locations.
• Build and maintain relationships with security suppliers and installation contractors ensuring quality delivery and service continuity.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams Real Estate HR Legal and local General Managers to proactively identify and address security needs.
• Contribute to global security initiatives and help shape scalable security processes for a fast-growing organization.

Our humble expectations

• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential as its our primary working language. German fluency is equally required for day-to-day communication with local stakeholders and vendors.
• 35 years of experience in a physical security role ideally with an administrative or project management component.
• Generalist security background with the ability to handle both operational and project-based work independently.
• Experience coordinating with security vendors and suppliers.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset you dont wait to be told what needs fixing you find it and fix it.
• Curiosity and openness toward AI tools and technology
• Security coordinator certification or equivalent is a plus but not required.
