Junior SEA Manager (mfd)

For our Performance Marketing team in Düsseldorf we are looking for a data-driven Junior SEA Manager (m/f/d) who is ready to take our performance marketing strategy to the next level. Your Responsibilities

• You independently manage the planning execution and optimization of our SEA campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising with a clear focus on CPA ROAS and CLTV
• You develop data-driven campaign strategies and scale them across bidding campaign architecture audience segmentation and ad copy
• You actively drive automation and the use of AI from Google Ads Scripts and n8n workflows to AI-powered processes using Claude Code and Python
• You create meaningful performance analyses and forecasts and translate your findings into clear actionable recommendations for management
• You collaborate closely with international teams across Online Marketing Analytics Product and Tech and drive cross-functional projects forward

Qualifications :

• You have a degree in Data Science Computer Science Business Administration Economics or a comparable qualification
• You have gained initial professional experience in in-house SEA/Paid Search
• You have a solid understanding of bidding strategies campaign architectures and Quality Score factors in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• You actively work with AI tools such as Claude ChatGPT or Gemini and use automation effectively whether through Google Ads Scripts Python or tools such as n8n
• You are confident using analytics and BI tools such as GA4 Adobe Analytics Tableau or Looker and independently turn data into informed decisions
• You have an analytical mindset work independently and are fluent in English German is a plus
