We are seeking an IT Support Specialist (L2) professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of complex escalated incidents applying advanced troubleshooting to deliver reliable lasting solutions
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues and prevent recurring problems
  • Act as a technical reference point for the L1 team supporting their growth and strengthening the overall service
  • Contribute to and continuously improve the knowledge base turning hands-on experience into shared expertise
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless escalation path and consistent high-quality user experience

Requirements:

  • 4 to 6 years of IT support experience
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills (Windows Microsoft 365)
  • Knowledge of Intune / Endpoint management
  • Understanding of ITIL processes

Miscellaneous

  • EUcitizenshipisrequired;
  • C1/C2 Englishisrequired.
