Job Summary
Your mission
- Maintaining and further developing our trading system as part of a team
- Providing user support primarily for the trading system as well as for general hardware and software issues via phone email remote access or on-site
- Ensuring data security and system availability troubleshooting issues and creating and maintaining system documentation
- Collaborating on IT projects and developing solution concepts
Your profile
- Completed training in the IT field or comparable training with professional experience in the IT sector. We welcome candidates from other fields!
- Experience in the administration of merchandise management systems
- Practical knowledge of the Microsoft environment and databases (Oracle including SQL)
- Ability to work in a team goal-oriented independent work style and a high degree of initiative as well as quick comprehension
- Ideally experience in the energy sector
- As well good English skills
