Coordinate the end-to-end claims data collection process including structured intake validation and consolidation of all relevant documentation
Maintain and continuously improve internal claims tracking systems ensuring data is accurate consistent and always accessible to the right stakeholders
Act as the central coordination point between insurers brokers and internal teams - keeping claim progress on track and driving timely resolutions
Support the development of data-driven claims reporting including performance dashboards trend analyses and key risk insights
Contribute to the optimization and digitalization of claims management workflows including system updates platform maintenance and process standardization

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills - youre comfortable working across internal teams and external partners alike
