The role

As Business Development Manager-Renewable Digital Solutions you are Yokogawa Germanys commercial driving force forBaxEnergysolutions in the German and Austrian renewable energy market. You develop new business for Asset Performance Management (APM) Power Plant Controller (PPC) SCADA-related digital solutions and cybersecurity services for critical renewable assets.

You own the full sales cycle-from prospecting and qualification through to contract signature-working closely withpresales product R&Dand delivery teams. You are the person who translates the momentum of the energytransitioninto qualified opportunities trusted customer relationships and differentiated value propositions across solar windBESSand grid.

Sales strategy & business development

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for Germany and Austria accelerating the growth ofBaxEnergysolutions in the renewable market
• Identifyand qualify new opportunities across IPPs utilities EPCsdevelopersand asset owners
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature
• Promote Yokogawa andBaxEnergysolutions-APM PPC SCADA-related digital platforms and cybersecurity for critical renewable assets

Stakeholder relationships & proposals

• Build executive and technical stakeholder relationships across the renewable value chain
• Coordinate proposals with presales product R&D and delivery teams to deliver coherent differentiated offers
• Represent Yokogawa andBaxEnergyat trade fairs and customer events

Pipeline & forecasting

• Maintain strong CRM discipline and clear forecast visibility
• Structure and manage a reliable commercial pipeline with visibility on priorities and growth drivers

What you bring

You have a strongtrack recordin sales and business development with a minimum of5years of sales / business development experience and a minimum of 3 years in renewable energy-solar wind BESS grid or digital solutions. You understand renewable market dynamics and the technical ecosystems that drive them.

You bring solid knowledge of the digital solutions that sit at the heart of modern renewable assets. Experience with SaaS SCADA PPC EMS industrial software or cybersecurity is a strong advantage-enough technical fluency to earn the trust of engineers and enough commercial instinct to turn that credibility into business.

You are fluent in German and English (both mandatory); anadditionalEuropean language is a plus. You are comfortable building relationships across IPPs utilities EPCsdevelopersand asset owners and you are willing to travel across GermanyAustriaand Europe.
