Were seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Regional Field this crucial role youll be the cornerstone of HR excellence delivering exceptional support and solutions to managers and employees across the region/country.

TheHRFieldRegionalPartnerwillbeaccountablefortheexecutionanddeliveryofHRprocessesservicesand solutions ensuring operational excellence and customer intimacy with the assigned managers and employees.

This position requires strong alignment with Strategic HR Business Partners to deliver respective business goals and HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) for strategy tools and best practices. The HR Field Partner will support both employees and managers providing coaching and guidance on various routine HR matters.

  • StrategicPartnership:CollaboratecloselywithStrategicHRBusinessPartnerstoexecuteandimplementHR initiatives and programs aligned with businessobjectives.
  • EmployeeRelations:Fosterapositiveworkenvironmentbyaddressingemployeeconcernspromptlyfairlyandin compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • PerformanceManagement:Supportmanagersandemployeesthroughannualprocessesanddaytodaycasemanagement.
  • Workforceplanning and talent acquisitionexecution
  • TalentManagement&Compensation:Driveemployeegrowthanddevelopmentthrougheffectiveperformance management compensation planning talent acquisition onboarding and retention strategies. Change management support and execution
  • HR Operations: Ensure seamless execution of HR processes including workforce planning change management and compliance with HR procedures and policies
  • Business Support: Provide expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees leveraging HR Centers ofExcellence resourcesto address inquiries and resolveissues.
  • Compensation & Benefits knowledge across businessdivisions
  • Talent acquisition: In conjunction with recruiters support managers with the hiring process and provide proper guidance
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with new hire onboarding & assimilation for employees and deploy trainingprograms
  • Employee retention activities
  • Workdirectlywith theHRServiceCenterteamto streamlineservicedeliveryand overallprocess
  • Improvements by acting as a champion of the HR shared services delivery Compliance with EMEA countries Labor Laws
  • Data Analysis:UtilizeHRdatatoidentifytrends and inform strategicdecision-making.
  • Applying company policy to requests LeadadditionalHRprojectsasneeded

  • 3 to5 yearsof relevantHRexperience.
