Job Summary
Your mission
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HR team including document preparation scheduling coordination and other HR-related administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR records while supporting attendance tracking and leave administration.
- Support recruitment activities by coordinating interviews communicating with candidates and managing related administrative processes.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities including the preparation of documentation and coordination of internal processes.
- Provide support with employee communication engagement initiatives visa administration and relocation processes for international employees.
- Support payroll preparation by maintaining relevant records and providing accurate HR-related information.
- Assist with training coordination including scheduling activities and maintaining related documentation and reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and compliant HR operations while contributing to continuous process improvements.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training in Business Administration Office Management Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR administration HR support office administration or a comparable administrative role.
- Good understanding of HR processes employee administration and personnel documentation.
- Fluent German and Chinese language skills both written and spoken. English language skills would be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Word Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with HR systems would be considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of German labor law would be considered an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills a high level of attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A reliable service-oriented and team-oriented working style with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
