Your mission
As a Growth & Sales Intern youll be on the front lines of our commercial expansion reaching out to potential clients sparking conversations and helping turn cold leads into warm opportunities. This is a hands-on role where youll learn the full sales cycle work side by side with our founders and sales team and make a real impact from day one.
Your responsibilities
Prospect and reach out to potential clients through cold calling and on-site office visits
Attend networking events and represent Bella & Bona in the field
Keep our pipeline organised and up to date in HubSpot
Support the sales team in hitting KPIs: calls booked demos completed qualified leads and closed deals
Your profile
Youre a German speaker with a strong level of English
Youre currently studying or have recently graduated ideally in Business Marketing Communications or something similar
Youre not afraid to pick up the phone and talk to strangers
Youre energetic competitive and love the idea of seeing the direct impact of your work
You take initiative and dont wait to be told what to do
You communicate clearly and confidently both in writing and in person
Bonus points if youve already tried HubSpot or any CRM tool
Internship Full-Time Path
This role is designed as anentry point for high-potential talent.
You will start with a minimum 6-month internship
We are looking for candidates who are at the end of their studies (Bachelors or Masters)
The goal is clear: prove your ability to build and execute and convert into a full-time Growth Engineer role
This is ahigh-expectation high-upside path not a traditional internship.
