Job Summary
Join our team and youll be responsible for driving the development stability and continuous improvement of our IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) ecosystem enabling reliable planning reporting and data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Working in the Group Finance Solutions department you will collaborate with international stakeholders corporate controllers and financial analysts to design and deliver innovative technical solutions optimize planning and reporting processes and ensure efficient integration between TM1 and key corporate systems.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of the day-to-day management administration monitoring and continuous optimization of the system landscape including server administration and issue resolution.
- Partner closely with international stakeholders corporate controllers and financial analysts to translate complex global business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Design build and enhance complex IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) cubes dimensions rules and TurboIntegrator (TI) processes to support enterprise-wide planning and reporting processes.
- Develop maintain and improve intuitive user interfaces within Planning Analytics while ensuring robust data integrations and data flows between IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) and key corporate systems.
- Provide end-user support training and documentation while establishing best practices and ensuring adherence to governance standards.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics or a related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 3 years of professional experience in a finance systems financial planning or consulting environment.
- Strong expertise in multidimensional data modelling particularly within IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) including TurboIntegrator (TI) rules and MDX.
- Solid understanding of relational databases; experience with other reporting and planning solutions such as Anaplan or Lucanet is considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of FP&A and accounting processes in a corporate environment combined with strong written and verbal communication skills in English and/or German.
