YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead and grow a high-performing engineering team coaching frontend backend and AI engineers to foster ownership collaboration and excellence
• You own the technical direction of distributed service architecture guiding the team toward scalable reliable and observable systems
• You drive AI-powered software engineering to translate prototypes into reliable safe and measurable agentic solutions
• You guarantee seamless end-to-end consistency across the customer experience
• You align stakeholders across divisions and collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth and scalable delivery

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You bring proven experience in software engineering leadership managing complex architectures and production systems on AWS
• Know-how You have strong expertise in distributed system design APIs microservices event-driven architectures and cloud-native delivery
