(Senior) Accounting Project Manager (mfd)

About your tasks:

• Drive financerelated transformation projects and improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage roadmaps milestones and resource plans.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams and ensure alignment across finance IT and business stakeholders.
• Perform issue tracking risk management and project governance.
• Facilitate clear and consistent communication across all involved project members and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements and support the adoption of new systems and ways of working.
• Ensure that solutions align with financial processes and compliance requirements.

Qualifications :

About you:

• Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a comparable field with solid understanding of financial processes and structures.
• Approx. Five years of experience either in project management within finance/accounting or in accounting operations with a strong involvement in projects and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and structured working style with the ability to translate complex topics into clear actions and solutions.
• Collaborative mindset with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across different functions and seniority levels.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and a good understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in finance.
