Job Description:
We are hiring a skilled and passionate Cook / Chef to join a professional hospitality team in Germany. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes maintaining kitchen hygiene standards and ensuring efficient kitchen operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals as per menu (à la carte / buffet)
- Perform mise en place and kitchen preparation efficiently
- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Follow food safety hygiene and allergen guidelines
- Keep the kitchen clean organized and compliant with standards
- Assist during peak hours and special events
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth workflow
Salary:2.6 LPA 3.2 LPA
Requirements
- Completed training as a Cook / Chef (or equivalent certification)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- German language proficiency B1 level preferred
- Experience in hotel/restaurant kitchens
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Passion for cooking and culinary excellence
Required Skills:
