The Opportunity

As CMO / Growth Lead you will own marketing strategy category creation and growth across Europe while reporting directly to the CEO as one of four executive leaders alongside Sales Operations and Product leadership.
You will shape how the market understands the company build scalable growth engines and establish the category of European Public Deal Infrastructure.
What Youll Do
Own marketing strategy demand generation brand and category creation
Build and scale multi-channel growth engines across SEO content paid acquisition partnerships and outbound-supporting programs
Drive Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives to improve activation conversion and expansion
Lead product marketing positioning and messaging across all revenue streams
Partner with Sales to launch and scale new European markets including DACH Iberia France and Italy
Own PR founder branding thought leadership webinars and industry events
Build lead and develop a world-class marketing organization
Manage budgets KPIs and business outcomes
Work directly with founders on company strategy and growth priorities
Required Experience
Proven leadership experience in B2B SaaS marketing and growth
Track record of scaling revenue and building repeatable demand generation engines
Experience operating across multiple European markets
Strong understanding of both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and enterprise sales-assisted motions
Experience owning marketing budgets KPIs and growth outcomes
Ability to combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution
Experience building and managing high-performing teams
Comfortable working directly with founders and executive leadership
Excellent English communication skills
Ideal Background
Scaled a SaaS business from single-digit to double-digit ARR
Experience launching GTM strategies across DACH Iberia France or Italy
Built or defined new market categories
Worked in founder-led startups or scale-ups
Experience in GovTech InfrastructureTech ProcurementTech FinTech or adjacent industries
German language skills are a plus
