As PLACEDs first sales hire you work directly with the founders and independently turn demos and successful trials into paying customers. You own your revenue target and help build our sales process.

• Discovery and demos: Understand staffing firms workflows and show how PLACED helps them win business and place candidates.

• Trial success: Define success criteria help users get started and drive adoption so customers see value before they buy.

• Closing: Build the business case handle objections negotiate terms and turn successful trials into signed contracts.

• Pipeline and forecast: Develop opportunities follow up consistently and keep HubSpot next steps and deal risks current.

• Sales process: Improve demos and playbooks use AI to reduce manual work and bring customer feedback to Product.

• 5 years in B2B SaaS sales with your own closing and revenue responsibility in startups or scale-ups.

• Proven results: You can explain your quota attainment typical deal sizes and personal contribution to winning deals.

• Experience selling complex software and converting pilots into contracts ideally in Vertical AI or industry-specific SaaS.

• Independent execution strong commercial judgment and hands-on use of AI to improve how you work.

• Fluent German strong English and willingness to work onsite in Berlin-Mitte or Potsdam-Babelsberg.
