Technology Innovation Analyst Foresight & Incubation
Job Summary

You will be based at The Island our office in central Paris.
The Technology Innovation Analyst is responsible for cultivating enduring trustworthy relationships with targeted companies and formulating long-term strategies to build and expand a balanced technology-focused ecosystem. This role involves gathering developing and sharing insights with the team to identify engage onboard and qualify new partners in order to establish a structured agenda with selected innovative partners. This agenda aims to achieve the following objectives:
Realize tangible and shared value (horizon 1): leveraging technologies at their best to maximize value.
Accelerate innovation (horizon 2): understanding new value propositions and identifying opportunities through activities such as learning expeditions ideation workshops or speed dating sessions with selected partners.
Bring our ambitions to the next level (horizon 3): building a medium-term trajectory (3 to 5 years) and co-innovating.
Your key missions
Monitor and analyze established or emerging companies (including start-ups) relevant to the alcoholic beverage industry including production distribution marketing and consumer trends.
Conduct comprehensive technology foresight studies to identify potential future breakthroughs and innovations that could impact our business.
Establish and maintain long-term trustful relationships with targeted companies.
Provide strategic analysis and assessment of potential value of potential targeted companies
Communicate progress on projects with all relevant parties including business leaders senior management and R&D.

Masters degree engineering or business school
Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic partnerships or a similar role within a corporate or consulting environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Proven ability to build and maintain long-term trustful relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
You are fluent in English. French or Spanish appreciated but not mandatory
