The Product & the Team you will work with

As a Workday Compensation & Benefits Business Analyst at Pernod Ricard you will be part of our HR Tech part of the Global Tech team. Forming a strong tandem with the Compensation & Benefits Product Owner you will play a crucial role in driving the continuous improvement and evolution of our HR technology solutions particularly focusing on improving Workday but including other related tools (eg International Mobility platform).

Workday is our Group Workday HRIS deployed in more than 85 affiliates across the world. Compensation & Benefits (which include International Mobility) are a central part of our Workday products ensuring we provide the most efficient solutions in terms of configuration for our plans and processes driving harmonization automation and simplification wherever possible supporting our HR users and providing expert advice as well as improving HR & employee experience.

About the role

The Business Analyst Compensation & Benefits (which includes International Mobility) supports the Product Owner in all activities ensures clear structured and highquality functional requirements for our global Compensation & Benefits solutions (mainly Workday but including associated solutions). The BA translates strategic needs provided by the Product Owner into welldesigned solutions manages backlog items drives process improvements and ensures delivery quality to our 85 affiliates.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. New requirements exploration & annual cycles

  • Analyse and refine business needs collected by the Product Owner

  • Explore solutions or new functionalities that could help achieve our goals (eg Total Rewards Compensation Surveys Journeys updates from Workday Community) and collaboration with other Business Analysts to gather information and anticipate cross-team dependencies

  • Conduct functional impact assessments

  • Prepare & support the annual compensation reviews (Merit Bonus Stock)

2. Support & continuous improvement

  • Analyse recurring issues to identify root causes

  • Propose functional enhancements or simplifications based on incidents or user feedback

  • Analyse updates from Workday releaseq and identify impacts / opportunities to improve or deliver new features

  • Contribute to L2 support identify & implement incident resolution

3. Agile ways of working & squad participation

  • Prepare detailed testable User Stories to feed the teams backlog

  • Together with the PO prepare the PI plannings & Sprints and ensure they are delivered successfully

  • Provide the delivery team with business context and expected outcomes as well as day-to-day support with configuration work

  • Prepare and execute test scenarios (unit integration non-regression).

  • Participate in all Agile ceremonies: PI Planning Sprint Planning Daily stand-ups Refinement essions Sprint review and retrospectives

  • Maintain clear and structured functional documentation

YOUR PROFILE

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3 5 years experience as HRIS Business Analyst or functional expert on Workday (module Compensation & Benefits including Advanced Compensation).

  • Strong functional understanding of Compensation & Benefits as well as International Mobility processes.

  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Excellent ability to structure workflows rules and functional specifications.

  • Preferred experience in Agile methodologies

  • Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills

  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
