Getting a Flying Start

This is far more than a recruitment role. Youll lead end-to-end hiring for Corporate positions while championing internal mobility and supporting global employer branding initiatives. Youll partner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners build proactive talent pipelines enhance the candidate experience and help drive continuous improvement of our recruitment technologies and processes.

• Around5yearsexperienceinTalentAcquisitionRecruitmentorTalentManagementwithinaninternationalorganisation.
• Provenexperiencemanagingend-to-endrecruitmentacrossmultiplefunctionswhilepartneringwithseniorstakeholdersandhiringmanagers.
• Hands-onexperienceusingSAPSuccessFactorsRecruiting(ATS)LinkedInRecruiterandotherrecruitmenttechnologies.
• Strongsourcinginterviewingandcandidateassessmentskillswiththeabilitytobuildproactivetalentpipelines.
• Highlyorganisedproactiveandcomfortablemanagingmultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedglobalenvironment.
• FluentinbothEnglishandFrench.
