Job Summary
Join our technical support team as a Brainlab Support Specialist. Youll provide expert service manage installations and maintenance and support clinical staffremotely from your home office.

Main responsibilities will include:
- Independently perform installations maintenance and repairs of Brainlab systems (e.g. Loop X Airo) at hospitals and clinical sites
- Provide remote and on-site technical support guiding clinical users through troubleshooting and system operation
- Ensure optimal device functionality by conducting diagnostics upgrades and proactive service checks
- Act as a trusted technical advisor for our customers fostering strong relationships and long-term satisfaction
- Support product launches by coordinating setup testing and user onboarding
- Document all service activities accurately and in compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate closely with other teams (sales engineering clinical support) to ensure a seamless customer
Qualifications :
- Degree in electrical engineering electronics mechatronics or similar
- Ideally first experience in technical support preferably in the healthcare sector
- Familiar with X-ray systems and/or scanner technology (a plus)
- Strong IT networking and troubleshooting skills
- Independent structured and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- High willingness to travel national (up to 80%) with the possibility of occasional international assignments
- Confident use of MS Office; Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
- Valid drivers license
