Deep in the heart of the Ardèche region Domaine de Segries watersportscentre in France (known as Segs) is the home of our world famous ArdècheAdventure canoe holidays.
Make a difference as a Guest Program Supervisor
Youll support theGeneral Manager by leading managing and empowering the Guest Experience teamto deliver high-quality fun and safe guest experiences. Workingcollaboratively with the River Activities Supervisor overseeing the guestexperience elements of the 3rd party activities (Canyoning and Tree top highropes) and excursions.
In addition assistingin managing daily activities equipping group leaders with the necessary toolsand skills resolving guest and colleague issues promptly and implementingcorrective actions and new procedures as directed.
Youll also be comfortable working withdata able to understand complex rotas workforce planning holidays andperformance statistics relating to the team. Youll be required to gather and interpretcustomer feedback & implement innovations to keep PGL growing &improving for the future.
