Stagiaire Commercial(e) Intern Sales

Lopportunité :

Au sein du département Commercial de Mattel France vous rejoignez une équipe dynamique et participez au développement de nos activités commerciales auprès des enseignes de la Grande Distribution Alimentaire (GSA) et de la Grande Distribution Spécialisée (GSS).

Durant ce stage de 6 mois vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la Direction Commerciale les équipes Grands Comptes la Force de Vente ainsi que les équipes Marketing Trade Marketing Supply Chain et Finance. Vous contribuerez activement au pilotage de la performance commerciale et à lexécution des plans dactivation en magasin.

Vos principales responsabilités :

Analyse et pilotage de la performance commerciale

• Assurer le suivi des ventes et produire les reportings hebdomadaires.
• Réaliser des analyses de performance et de parts de marché.
• Effectuer une veille concurrentielle et identifier les tendances du marché.

Support aux équipes Grands Comptes

• Participer à la mise à jour des assortiments clients.
• Assurer le suivi des opérations commerciales et promotionnelles.
• Contribuer à la bonne exécution des plans dactivation en magasin.

Support à la Force de Vente

• Préparer et diffuser les informations commerciales et logistiques hebdomadaires.
• Élaborer les supports de vente destinés aux temps forts commerciaux.

Gestion administrative

• Créer et mettre à jour les références produits.
• Assurer le suivi des bases de données clients.

Collaboration transverse

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Marketing Trade Marketing Supply Chain et Finance afin de garantir la bonne exécution des plans commerciaux.

Profil recherché :

Formation

• Étudiant(e) en école de commerce université ou formation équivalente (Licence Master ESC).

Compétences et qualités

• Forte sensibilité commerciale et orientation business.
• Bonnes capacités danalyse et maîtrise des chiffres.
• Excellent relationnel et esprit déquipe.
• Curiosité et envie dapprendre.
• Rigueur et sens de lorganisation.
• Proactivité.
• Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique et exigeant.
• Bonne maîtrise dExcel et des outils Microsoft Office.

• Gratification mensuelle de stage de 1500 EUR brut
• 1 jour dabsence autorisée par mois
• Organisation de travail hybride
• Prise en charge des trajets domicile-travail : participation à hauteur de 50 % aux transports publics (Pass Navigo) ou indemnité de transport pour les personnes se rendant au travail à vélo ou en covoiturage
