Your Responsibilities
You are real team player who likes to deal with complex software support requests and you always find a perfect solution Databases server operating systems and queries in SQL are no witchcraft for you You live the thought theres nothing you cant learn Perfect we would really like to get to know you better!
- Support DocuWares partners and customers (FR/EN)
- Qualification & analysis of complex issues in virtual and cloud-based environments
- Provision of individual solutions partly in cooperation with team colleagues
- Dealing with requests using remote tools mail and telephone (no call center activity)
- Documentation of the processing steps in the central ticket system
- Coordination and cooperation with software development and product management
What you need to succeed
- Completed training as an IT specialist IT informatics clerk or a similar apprenticeship
- We are also happy about motivated career changers!
- Initial experience in customer/IT support
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems
- Good knowledge of databases (e.g. MS-SQL Oracle MySQL) and Microsoft web servers
- Ideally knowledge of creating queries in SQL
- Very good knowledge of French & English German is a plus
- Service- and customer-oriented appearance
