Job Summary
Are you ready to discover the role of a Senior Project Leader in Netcompany
As a Senior Project Leader you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Contracting Authority developing realistic project plans aligned with project objectives and the organisations overall strategy
- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery and execution of the assigned contract ensuring compliance with agreed scope quality timelines and contractual requirements
- Lead and coordinate project teams allocating resources reviewing deliverables supporting team development and ensuring effective day-to-day project execution
- Define project scope objectives deliverables schedules budgets and resource requirements and monitor progress against agreed plans and tolerances
- Lead the design development and implementation of software systems including interoperability components in line with user and business requirements
- Establish and maintain project quality and security plans ensuring compliance with applicable methodologies ITSM processes and Contracting Authority procedures
- Manage project governance reporting and stakeholder communication including progress reporting to the Contracting Authority and coordination with eu-LISA programme/project management teams and working groups
- Monitor project costs schedules resources and risks proactively addressing deviations capacity constraints and delivery issues
- Manage change control and ensure appropriate training knowledge transfer and continuous adherence to contractual quality and security requirements
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Management or a related field
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as Project or Programme Manager
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Agile methodology and team collaboration tools
- Strong experience with consultative Project management in the IT software development and quality related areas
- Excellent knowledge of business process management enterprise architecture and project management tools standards and methodologies especially Agile/Scrum software development methodologies
- Capability of working in an international/multi-cultural environment understanding the needs objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions
- Excellent leadership qualities and ability to chair meetings and to give presentations
- Experience with other project management methodology (e.g. PM2 PRINCE2 PMP) will be considered as an asset
