At Eni we are looking for a Senior Internal Control Specialist to join Eni Plenitude France.

Main responsibilities:

Internal Control

• Develop and maintain the companys risk assessment framework.
• Conduct an annual Fraud Risk Assessment.
• Understand the companys key operational and financial processes identify major risks (including fraud and IT-related risks) with business stakeholders and define the key controls required to mitigate them.
• Support the promotion and embedding of a strong internal control culture across the organisation.

SOX Controls

• Implement and continuously improve SOX controls in coordination with the Group.
• Coordinate train and supervise control testers.

Operational Controls

• Design implement and monitor operational controls.
• Conduct functional audits.

Audit Monitoring and Reporting

• Monitor internal and external audits and provide reporting to Management and the Group.

IT Control Coordination and Monitoring

• Review Segregation of Duties (SoD) identify corrective actions and update functional matrices in collaboration with IT Internal Control.
• Validate requirements for enhancements to technical and functional roles.
• Review system access rights ensuring approval workflows are aligned with delegation-of-authority rules.

Skills and experience required:

• Graduate of a business school Masters degree (Master 2) or engineering school with a specialisation in audit.
• Relevant experience in audit (internal or external).
• Self-motivated meticulous versatile and well organised with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills proactive solutions-oriented and possessing strong common sense.
• Knowledge of the SOX (SarbanesOxley) environment is desirable.
• Knowledge of Salesforce SAP and Kraken would be a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English.
