At Eni we are looking for a Senior Internal Control Specialist to join Eni Plenitude France.

Main responsibilities:
Internal Control
- Develop and maintain the companys risk assessment framework.
- Conduct an annual Fraud Risk Assessment.
- Understand the companys key operational and financial processes identify major risks (including fraud and IT-related risks) with business stakeholders and define the key controls required to mitigate them.
- Support the promotion and embedding of a strong internal control culture across the organisation.
SOX Controls
- Implement and continuously improve SOX controls in coordination with the Group.
- Coordinate train and supervise control testers.
Operational Controls
- Design implement and monitor operational controls.
- Conduct functional audits.
Audit Monitoring and Reporting
- Monitor internal and external audits and provide reporting to Management and the Group.
IT Control Coordination and Monitoring
- Review Segregation of Duties (SoD) identify corrective actions and update functional matrices in collaboration with IT Internal Control.
- Validate requirements for enhancements to technical and functional roles.
- Review system access rights ensuring approval workflows are aligned with delegation-of-authority rules.
Skills and experience required:
- Graduate of a business school Masters degree (Master 2) or engineering school with a specialisation in audit.
- Relevant experience in audit (internal or external).
- Self-motivated meticulous versatile and well organised with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills proactive solutions-oriented and possessing strong common sense.
- Knowledge of the SOX (SarbanesOxley) environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of Salesforce SAP and Kraken would be a strong advantage.
- Fluent in English.
