Senior Analyst Forecasting (FMX)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically-minded Senior Analyst Forecasting to join our team in Issy-Les-Moulineaux this role you will be responsible for developing maintaining and optimizing forecasting models that drive strategic business decisions across the organization. You will work with cross-functional teams to analyze historical data identify trends and deliver accurate predictions that support planning and resource allocation. • Develop validate and maintain sophisticated forecasting models using statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques

• Analyze large complex datasets to identify patterns anomalies and opportunities for model improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance operations revenue management and commercial teams to understand business requirements and translate them into forecasting solutions
• Prepare comprehensive forecasting reports and presentations that communicate insights and recommendations to senior management
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to enhance model performance and reliability
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Document forecasting methodologies assumptions and model specifications for organizational knowledge and compliance
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging forecasting techniques to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications :

Background:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in forecasting demand planning financial analysis or related analytical field
• Engineers degree (Masters level / Bac5 engineering school or equivalent Masters degree)

Mandatory skills:

• Advanced proficiency in statistical analysis time series modeling and predictive analytics
• Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas pivot tables and data visualization
• Strong programming experience in SQL Python or similar languages for data manipulation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with Tableau
• Fluent in French/ English
