Your Role

As a Sales Operations Manager for France & Belgium you will partner closely with Sales Leadership and the Country Leadership team to drive sales performance improve execution and increase operational efficiency across the business.

You will own key sales operating routines performance management processes forecasting reporting and sales process optimization. You will help provide visibility on business performance improve decision-making and ensure teams have the tools processes and insights needed to execute effectively.

You are analytical organized and execution-oriented with a strong ability to translate business needs into scalable processes and actionable recommendations.

In addition to core Sales Operations responsibilities you will act as a trusted partner to the Country Leadership team helping maintain visibility on key business priorities coordinate execution across stakeholders and support strategic discussions when needed.

This is a highly visible role with strong exposure to local and regional leadership teams.

What you will do:
Drive sales performance and business visibility
  • Lead and animate key local routines and performance discussions (weekly and monthly routines)
  • Coordinate forecasting target tracking and business reviews
  • Build and maintain dashboards reporting and KPI frameworks
  • Analyze pipeline health sales productivity and sales performance
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making
Support compensation and performance management
  • Support compensation plan execution in partnership with Central teams
  • Contribute to target setting and quota allocation processes
  • Support the design and implementation of local incentive programs
  • Monitor plan effectiveness and performance outcomes
Improve sales processes and operational efficiency
  • Identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
  • Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and increase productivity
  • Improve forecasting accuracy pipeline visibility and reporting reliability
  • Optimize Salesforce governance and sales tool adoption
  • Design scalable processes and best practices that help teams focus on revenue-generating activities
Support business execution and operational initiatives
  • Coordinate selected cross-functional initiatives impacting sales performance
  • Support implementation of new tools processes and ways of working
  • Ensure alignment accountability and execution across stakeholders

Who you are:

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications

  • 7 years of experience in Sales Operations Revenue Operations Business Operations Consulting or similar roles
  • Strong understanding of sales processes performance management and forecasting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills; Salesforce experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive execution in fast-paced and cross-functional environments
  • Fluent French and professional English
  • Strategic thinking with operational excellence
  • Analytical rigor and business acumen
  • Process improvement and automation mindset
  • Hands-on execution and ownership
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
