Because here you wont be just another intern. Youre joining the creative agency of our advertising Sales OPS (Special Operation) Team a unique unit that designs tailor-made operations for brands.

We dont just do classic advertising. We create 360 campaigns that blend influence brand content events and media. Real example: an influence operation for Lustucru with a TikToker integrating product placement into her vlogs broadcast across social networks. Thats our daily reality: creative strategic and always custom-made.

The deal: hunt for briefs win pitches and fuel Motion by Dailymotion our in-house creative agency so they can turn great ideas into real campaigns. Youre at the crossroads of sales creativity and production.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WITH US

Prospect and grow
You identify and reach out to independent media agencies and local advertisers. Your goal: turn prospects into won clients.

Ensure operational follow-up
You support campaign implementation track timelines and deliverables and interface between internal teams and partners. Nothing slips through youre the guardian of execution.

Analyze and optimize
You track performance indicators participate in campaign debriefs and identify optimization opportunities. Because here every campaign is a chance to learn and improve.

Qualifications :

WHAT ABOUT YOU

What were really looking for:

•  Masters degree in progress (Business Communication Marketing) looking for a 1-year apprenticeship
• Sales mindset you love to sell convince and challenge
• Proactive and comfortable on the phone prospecting doesnt scare you
•  Excellent communication in French (written & spoken)  English is a real plus
•  Passion for media and advertising  youre interested in innovative campaigns and new trends
•  Strong command of PowerPoint / Google Slides / Canva  you create compelling presentations
•  Strong writing skills  you communicate clearly and with impact
•  Analytical and synthesis skills  you get to the point and structure your thinking
•  Rigorous and organized  you manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing track
•  Great people skills and team spirit  you naturally collaborate with diverse profiles (sales creative production)

Nice-to-haves that make the difference:

•  Strong background in the advertising or ad sales world  you understand advertiser challenges and ad agency ecosystems
•  Understanding of performance tracking (KPIs)  a plus to grasp the impact of your actions
