PPG Architectural Coatings recrute un(e) Responsable Senior du Merchandising E-commerce France.

Dans ce rôle vous serez un acteur clé de notre organisation e-commerce internationale en étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales marketing et supply chain en France.
Vous serez responsable non seulement de lexcellence en merchandising digital mais également de la mise en place des fondations opérationnelles des processus et des outils nécessaires pour soutenir une croissance e-commerce durable sur les marketplaces les distributeurs online DIY et les plateformes propres de PPG.

Transformation digitale

• Piloter la mise en œuvre de la stratégie de merchandising e-commerce pour lactivité AC en France en alignement avec les priorités EMEA
• Développer et déployer des processus workflows et modèles de gouvernance e-commerce scalables afin de renforcer la maturité digitale de PPG en France

Opérations e-commerce & gestion des processus

• Mettre en place et piloter des processus opérationnels assurant la disponibilité la visibilité la conformité et la préparation promotionnelle des produits sur tous les canaux
• Superviser lonboarding des produits et leur cycle de vie sur les marketplaces chez les partenaires retail et sur les sites propres en garantissant lexcellence des données

Gestion des parties prenantes & partenariats externes

• Construire des relations solides et influentes avec les équipes digitales des distributeurs et les partenaires marketplaces afin didentifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance

Pilotage de la performance & insights business

• Piloter les KPI digitaux clés : trafic conversion ventes ROAS part de recherche qualité des contenus et performance opérationnelle

• Diplôme Bac3 à Bac5 en marketing business digital communication ou domaine connexe
• 3 à 5 ans dexpérience en e-commerce merchandising digital opérations digitales ou transformation digitale idéalement dans un environnement retail/ Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) international
• Excellentes compétences analytiques avec une capacité à exploiter les données e-commerce pour orienter des décisions stratégiques
• Passion pour le e-commerce lexcellence opérationnelle et la performance mesurable
• Maîtrise du français et de langlais avec dexcellentes capacités de communication

• Rémunération : package salarial aligné sur lexpérience et les standards du marché:
• Salaire de base entre 58000 et 64500 bruts (13 mois).
