The HSE Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the sites safety and environmental culture driving key compliance and continuous improvement processes and actively partnering with the Factory Management Team to influence strategic decisions.
Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in Safety and/or Environmental management.
Specialization in Safety / Environment / Quality Management / Risk Assessment.
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards in Safety Environment and Quality.
Experience in HSE systems procedures audits and continuous improvement.
Ability to influence engage and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
Strong analytical mindset and datadriven decision making.
Fluent in English & French.
Leadership qualities: autonomy integrity conflict management motivating others.
Define and drive the HSE vision of the site and embed a zeroincident culture.
Lead and develop the local HSE team and act as the site HSE expert.
Build communicate and monitor the site HSE strategy and annual plans aligned with global and regional directions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Mars corporate standards.
Implement and maintain HSE management systems procedures and policies.
Lead incident response investigations root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Use a datadriven approach to prioritize actions and influence site leadership.
Collaborate with Occupational Health & Wellness teams for injury case management.
Own and execute site security requirements.
Manage risk management activities asset conservation and property loss control.
Drive timely actions following thirdparty audits and risk assessments.
Act as a member of the Factory Management Team and regional HSE community.
