The HSE Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the sites safety and environmental culture driving key compliance and continuous improvement processes and actively partnering with the Factory Management Team to influence strategic decisions.

• Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years experience in Safety and/or Environmental management.

• Specialization in Safety / Environment / Quality Management / Risk Assessment.

• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards in Safety Environment and Quality.

• Experience in HSE systems procedures audits and continuous improvement.

• Ability to influence engage and collaborate with crossfunctional teams.

• Strong analytical mindset and datadriven decision making.

• Fluent in English & French.

• Leadership qualities: autonomy integrity conflict management motivating others.

• Define and drive the HSE vision of the site and embed a zeroincident culture.

• Lead and develop the local HSE team and act as the site HSE expert.

• Build communicate and monitor the site HSE strategy and annual plans aligned with global and regional directions.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Mars corporate standards.

• Implement and maintain HSE management systems procedures and policies.

• Lead incident response investigations root cause analysis and corrective actions.

• Use a datadriven approach to prioritize actions and influence site leadership.

• Collaborate with Occupational Health & Wellness teams for injury case management.

• Own and execute site security requirements.

• Manage risk management activities asset conservation and property loss control.

• Drive timely actions following thirdparty audits and risk assessments.

• Act as a member of the Factory Management Team and regional HSE community.
