Looking to relocate Were hiring French speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Multilingual Services account in Lisbon Portugal.

Youll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Day to day youll handle inbound customer contacts across phone chat and email log details clearly in the internal system and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

Were looking for candidates who communicate confidently in French and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential as full training is provided.
