Youll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy control and integrity of our Fixed Asset and Fleet registers across the Region supporting financial reporting audit and business decision-making.

• Manage and review Fixed Asset registers control accounts and subledgers ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies

• Lead monthly close activities related to fixed assets including reconciliations accruals capitalisation and disposals in coordination with the Shared Service Centre (SSC)

• Act as a regional point of contact for Fixed Asset accounting matters working closely with Fleet Finance and SSC teams

• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations variance analysis and exception reports ensuring issues are investigated and resolved

• Support audit processes and reporting requirements providing analysis and ensuring compliance with Group policies

• Experienced in Fixed Asset accounting / immobilisations (typically 4 years) ideally in a multinational or asset-heavy environment

• Strong in balance sheet reconciliations controls and month-end close processes

• Familiar with ERP systems (M3 SAP Oracle or similar) and comfortable working with large datasets in Excel

• Used to working with Shared Service Centres (SSC) and multiple stakeholders across regions

• A proactive communicator with a problem-solving mindset and ability to challenge and improve processes

• A role with strong regional exposure and visibility working across multiple countries and teams
