Q&FS Manager HFX

The purpose of the Q&FS Manager role is to lead the deployment of theMarsSnackingQ&FSstrategy on the site driving continuous improvement in Quality & Food Safety management systemsandcompliance toourQ&FS standards.

What are we looking for

• Extensiveexperience in a technical function

• Degree level qualification in a relevant technical or scientific discipline (Food Science/Technology Biological Chemical Engineering sciences) or equivalent or equivalent experience

• Experience in leading and managing projects in an FMCG environment

• Proven linemanagement/supervisoryexperience or a proven track record in coaching and developing teams and individuals

• Knowledge of Quality & Food Safety management systems and standards

• Knowledge of the technologies processes formulations and raw materials used in the manufacture of food products is preferred

• Excellent communication skills

• Good command of the English AND French language

What will be your key responsibilities

• Lead coach and support a team ofQ&FSAssociates ensuring they have the necessary resources technical skills and competencies to succeed within their roles

• Actively be partof the Site Leadership team supporting the development and implementation of theSinglesiteimprovement plan.

• Provide cross-functional leadership to ensure the development of a clear roadmap to full compliance to all global Q&FS standards collaborating with local and central teams to ensure the necessary resources and capital are secured

• Ensure the integration of Q&FS procedures and processes into manufacturing operating systems

• Act as the incident ownerfor Q&FS incidents on site in line with our PRIMP standard and lead the implementation of robust corrective and preventative actions

• Lead and participate in regional Q&FS communities to promote the effective sharing of knowledge and experience acrossour business

• Lead regional or cross-site activities and projects in line with our regional Q&FS strategy and in collaboration withour network of sites.
