What youll own:
Design and maintain Notion systems for information architecture
Manage all logistics for high-status events including guest communication vendor coordination and contingency planning
Triage and draft emails; flag strategic decisions to leadership
Research and source venues partners and contacts through initial outreach and vetting
Build checklists and runbooks that keep complex events moving
Solve problems on the fly when things inevitably change or break
